What is Vodacom Deals Program?

This is a program that gives Vodacom customers, offers / special deals based on % discounts via a network of merchants.

How long are the Coupons valid for?

The coupons are validity will vary according the specific Vodacom deal. Information of the coupon validity is shared via sms when subscribing to a deal.

Can I transfer the reward to someone else?

Yes, you can either choose to issue the Reward to another person when you make the redemption or in the case of Coupon, can simply forward the SMS to someone else. However, some few rewards will not be transferable. Information will be shared specific to the DEAL.

How many times can a coupon be used?

Coupons can only be used once. Once a coupon is used with a merchant, it will be cancelled in the system, and it will not be possible to use it again.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A Vodacom Deal will be valid for up to 14 days from the day of activation.
A customer can only redeem the deal coupon once during the validity of the coupon.
Once a coupon is redeemed at the partners store, it can not be reversed.
Vodacom (T) PLC reserves the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions or to withdraw the product at any time. In any of these events, notice will be effective immediately or as at the date referred in such notifications.
